looking for a poem
I'm looking for a poem that goes like this..
"the leaves are falling one by one hurrah hurrah the leaves are falling one by one hurrah hurrah the leaves are falling one by one see the turkeys on the run the leaves float to the ground without a sound bump bump bump" It goes till "the leaves are falling ten by ten hurrah hurrah" but the 4th line changes each time. I'm looking for the whole poem if anyone has. thanks.

It's a scholastic book now and it is by Steve Metzger.
