Default OT - appetite stimulant for a 7 yo?

He's currently taking concerta for ADHD, so I figure that's part of the
problem. Any suggestions on how to make him feel a bit more hungry?

My nephew took this, and my sister had a little luck in coaxing breakfast
and a late dinner - i.e. just before he took the tablet, and as it was
wearing off. He couldn't eat snacks or lunch though, just not hungry. He is
extremely skinny, so she tried to ensure he had high fat/carbs, hoping to
get some calories into him (eg a baked potato with full-fat cheese and real
butter or full-fat milkshakes made with fruit and ice-cream).
Experiment around the time issue, he might have some periods where he will
eat when the medication is wearing off in the evening.
Sorry that isn't amazingly helpful,
Donna

It's helpful just to hear that others have dealt with the same problem.
I'm definitely going to start on the more high-calorie foods, but try
to get away from candy, etc. at the same time, since that's all he ever
wants...
