Default Woohoo! She's gained weight!

That means the BF'ing is working .

I had been a bit paranoid about that, and was holding my breath til DD
was weighed today, but she's putting it on at a normal rate! She's
still not at her birthweight (2.5 oz under, 3weeks old today), but
that's to be expected given the circumstances. Pedi was not at all
concerned and said she looks healthy as can be! YEAH!!!!

I am so relieved! She was still in her nursing marathon today, but has
slowed down tonight. Let's see what she does overnight and if my boobs
will get some rest.

I am glad to hear that DD is gaining weight and that you are so
relieved! See, that breast milk paid off for something. Don't count
on your boobs getting a rest though, because they will always produce
milk. Trust me, I know what you mean, they won't be sucked on for a
while, maybe oh my gosh for at least 4-5 hours. I am so happy to hear
you are relieved that's the most important thing! Take care and have
fun breast feeding your child they grow up way too fast!!!!!!
