Just wondering when you all felt that you had your nursing established by?
Is it generally not established until after the 6 week growth spurt or can
it be established beforehand?

6 weeks isn't a magical number; it's just considered that by that time, it's
safe to say that it's probably established. Note that the "establishment" in
this case refers to baby and mom having the hang of the skills involved;
"establishment" referring to the control of production by means of
supply-and-demand rather than hormones takes some weeks longer (usually more
like 16-20 weeks).

I'd say for my first son it was about 8-9 weeks. Somehow it became really easy
almost overnite at that point. Such a relief!
