Default Anyone familiar with Indiana CS worksheet?

http://www.in.gov/judiciary/rules/ch...hsupwksht1.pdf

This is a link to the Indiana CS worksheet.
My ex husband lives in MA.

I have 3 children and the oldest is now an adult child living in my home. He
has decided not to join the military or go to college... for now. (Who knows
how long "for now" will last. grrrr) Anyway, CS continues in Indiana till
he is 21, but he is working full time, paying his own car insurance and
paying rent to me and my husband for room and board. It is time to modify
the CS agreement so that it only covers the youngest two.

I am very confident that i can do this pro se... as in, i can go through the
processes of getting it done.... but i cant figure out the CS worksheet!
Specifically line 2. I have searched all over and read all sorts of
information and i just cant figure out how to determine what goes on this
line. The rest of it is pretty simple... we both have income... no child
care credits(the youngest is 13)... and no health coverage credits (i pay
all premiums, deductibles, & co-pays, but instead of me taking credit for
that on CS, he pays 2/3 of uncovered expenses.)
So its pretty simple... he makes this much.... i make that much.... he pays
this percent... i pay that percent. But what determines what that percent
is!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I hope its not something so totally simple that i'm left feeling Totally
blonde! ;-)

Thx!

On line D you will end up with your income, his income, and then the third
column your income plus his income.
To get the percentages of both on line 2, take your income and divide it by
the total income.
Then his income divided by the total income. The percentages should equal
100% when you are done.

Ex. Mother Father
Line D. 2000 + 2500 = 4500

To figure line 2, take 2000/4500 to figure mothers percent
take 2500/4500 to figure fathers percent
So...
2. 44.44% 55.56%
