This is the Quiet Message of Emmissiaryes of the Present Future of
Earth and Earthlings on Other Planets in the Future

We (including YOU and YOU and YOU and YOU) have travelled Back in
Time
From the Future (some might say have Returned, as Reunited Beloved
Family and Community, Female and Male, from the Past,
of Earth's many heritages) to make this Announcement as The Present:

In Protection of the Planet Earth from further War and Environmental
Degradation

Emmissiaryes of the Future, Female and Male, On Behalf of the Billions
of Women, and Men Who Respect Them as Equals, (and the Future of
Nature In Time), Not Represented by their 'national' and global
organizational decision-making institutions (governments) at the
level of 30% plus an additional half percentage point for each year
since 1995 since that percentage was made public to Earthlings via
the Beijing Conference for Women, (the largest gathering of educated
women - and men who respect them - that has ever occurred to benefit
All of Earth, speaking with understanding of their importance and on
behalf of Planet Earth) do hereby declare as null and void of power
respected by Nature/Sustaining Universal Love, all governments and
decision-making political and political/economic organizations, and
their sponsored elections, that either have not reached that 36%
minimum level, or continue to recognize as fully legitimate any
regime that has not reached that level.

We hereby declare that Nature and Future view as null and void all
elections that are scheduled as 'national', state, provincial or any
other jurisdiction, if devoid of designation as also earth-planetary,
or if held according to "laws" that do not guarantee balance of
gender for both females and males such that neither gender falls
beneath above mid-thirties percent present in office as a result.

International Organizations that have not met 50-50 in all their
voting operations are also hereby adjourned and declared null and
void in the view of Nature/Future. Their recognition by Nature/Future
is pending their reorganization on balanced gender guidelines at
least at the mid-thirties level as requisite for women as well as for
men.

It must be understood that every act of MotherNatureFatherTime-Future,
from this moment henceforth, that seems an act of Nature that
afflicts humanity, will, in fact, be occurring as feedback against
continuing the impositions from patriarchal and privileged errant
Children of Earth currently holding office in media and government
that do not hearken the need to heed the voice of the world's Women,
and indeed, All its Loving Children, female and male, via the Beijing
Guidelines of 1995, plus one-half percentage point for each year
since, to acknowledge that half the population of Earth has been
directly cheated, and therefore, cheating the whole population of
fairness, good sense and a viable future.

In the eyes of the Creator/Nature/Time, there is only one Universal
Country, and it has always been Present, on and available to Earth:

The Living Future endowed by the Creator does not want an Earth "run"
and ruined by self-deluded "Big Brothers" and their, insufficient in
number and therefore easily coopted, "Big Sisters", a subsection of
the population, who, due to residual confusions and anachronistic
lags, allowed gender imbalance to endanger the Planet Earth and the
Whole
Sisterhood and Brotherhood, Endowed to All Earth's Humanity, for too
long.

Any pseudo-jurisdiction devoid of its connection to Earth, any
so-called "nation", "corporation", or decision-making organization,
no matter how previously esteemed, that does not heed this
Announcement, will see results of their failure wrought by weather,
human error, and other micro/macro natural environmental conditions,
of MotherNature~FatherTime (neither of Who is Sexist or Uncaring of
the Future of their and All Peoples Children). Greatest effort is
allways made by Nature/Time to protect all human life and all life of
the present, while not allowing the misguided of the present to
furter endanger the daily unfolding future.

This Announcement is all that is needed to bring the Cycle of Change
to the Attention of Humanity. Nature and the Future Just Needs to
"Know" Some Earthlings Know and Understand, with Love and Kindness in
Heart, Mind and Spirit. Now.

As this Announcement is of True Emmissiahryic Origin, there is no
need for additional action. It's Sincere, Loving Presence, and its
natural ripple effect, will set in motion what is needed to Save Many
on the Planet Earth, and potentially, All.

Many, indeed, a daily growing number, of Emmissiaries of the Future,
Including You and You, Stand Ready, at the Time signalled
by Nature via extremely unusual weather or other remarkable
natural developments, to in Spirit of Service and Friendship, Receive/
Assist
or CoSteward Governmental Operations, assist interim transitions, and
plan
coordinated new elections in all levels of jurisdictions of Earth,
that meet gender
representation Guildelines within a standard deviation of full
balance. Wherever elections are held, it will be assured that both
genders, female and male, never, either one, falls below about 36% in
representation, and neither exceeds about 64%. Until then, in
jurisdictions that have not met the Beijing Guidelines Corrected for
Lost Time, all women, and those men on Earth who have publically
spoken or will speak of balance of gender as necessary, shall be
deemed to hold executive, judicial or legislative office, as citizens
of the Earth, and in all its component smaller jurisdictions, in the
eyes of Nature, during the present emergency. And, from that vast
pool of human talent, new official (where needed) corrective
elections can be held in any and all jurisdictional regions. Whether
the official or corporate media corroborates this, this is the Truth
of Nature/Time, and will evolve naturally from all human populations,
with the assistance of Nature.

We of the Future Present, Pray for the Souls of all who currently hold
office, their families and communities, as beloved if erring people.
All the Children of Earth in the Universe, Present and Future,
certainly will welcome their good willing understanding for the
necessity of this Announcement. Even currently confused or errant
officials and citizens (and their children) deserve a viable planet,
and a future. This Announcement is made with charity to all and
malice toward none.

The Planet Earth is in a Declared State of Gender-Imbalance Induced
Near
Emergency. Yet, out of this crisis will also emerge the Dawn of the
