Well I've made it successfully to 6 weeks which was my original goal and
don't intend stopping yet! I've had no negative pressure.......even my mum
has turned advocate! Lol!
Liam is thriving and will be going for his 6 week check up during the week
ahead.
I just wanted to say thanks at this stage for all the great help and advise
I have received from people here, in particular Jean and Vicki for the books
that they sent me. I read everyone of them cover to cover and they really
did help with my confidence and decision to bf :-)

Good for you - and especially for Liam. Do you have a next goal? 10 weeks?

Congratulations! And good luck with the 3 month goal - I'm sure you'll

get
there no worries.

Hooray, Good for YOu!!

I bet you'll find that by then it will be easy, and you won't "bother"
weaning to formula.

Three cheers for managing this long, given how nervous you were at the
beginning!!

That-a-girl (how do you spell that?). To be frank I wrote '10 weeks' to make
you think: I can do better than that!

We'll be waiting for a post with the subject: 'Goal B' :-)
