I am so SHOCKED

I just talked to a young lady who described being paddled recently in
high school. Is this still a common practice? I would not be quite so
shocked at hearing it was done to a male, but to a female 18 years of
age. Are there any other females out there who have received this kind
of discipline? If so, how was it done?

And I am so SHOCKED that you would think a post like this would fly on a
