Ha-ha I can see that "breastfeeding while exercising" could be taken a
little too literally :-)

Two of the classes I go to will be Buggy Fit where the babies come along so
there will probably be times when I actually do feed the baby sometime
during that class!

Lol! I thought that too when I read the header.

Seriously though, you should wait at least 6 weeks to exercise because
your ligaments are still soft from the pg hormones. After my first pg
I had some very bad things happen to me from exercising too early, so
I know better now and err on the side of waiting to exercise. I
didn't start again until 9 weeks post partum to be on the safe side.
