Oh, I see!

Diarrhoea is seriously foul-smelling -- not just a bit whiffy -- and is so
watery that the nappy won't hold it at all, and you have to rinse the chunks
off the child in the laundry tub. IME.

The main worry with diarroea is dehydration. If he is (apart from runny poo)
behaving normally, I wouldn't be concerned.
