Default 18 month old Vocabulary

Our pediatrician hoped for 30 words at 18 months, and 2-or-more-word
sentences by age 2.

As Helen notes, there's a lot of variation on this; I wouldn't worry at this
point, but I would keep an eye on it and bring it up if they don't have a
bunch of words by 2.

Hi...

What are you 18-24 month olds saying at this point? It seems like

Alexis was
saying much more then the babies are at this age.
Emma says "wow wow" for a dog, Agua for water and, sheesh for cheese

anytime
she sees a camera and daddy and mommy.
Aislyn says mama and cheese and nothing more.
