Default guidelines regarding blood tests

I wanted to know if there are guidelines of AAP / AHA or other prof
bodies regarding general blood tests & blood testsfor lipids, and BP
testing for healthy children. From what age should they begin, what
should be included in blood tests and after how much time these test
should be repeated. Is there any related publication?
