Well, it is NOT nothing. It is a fetus. It has certain rights which are
protected in certain jurisdictions. Scott Peterson was just convicted of
killing a fetus when he killed its pregnant mother, for example.

The bizarro thing is this: news articles are STILL saying that the 'fetus'
was found alive and well, and reunited with her father.
