As others have mentioned, wasting of EBM is
a consideration in mixing.

However, the other consideration is that the
formula should be mixed with water first, then
EBM added, if mixing were to occur. If EBM
were added instead of water, baby's balance
of electrolytes would be off.

Otherwise, mix away.
