Default When "casa" does not mean house

Any man that's good enough to pay child support is good enough to have
custody of such child.

First there was "G.A.L."; court appointed guardian ad litem. Now...........
there's CASA! That's right, "CASA", and I aint' talkin' bout a house in
Mexico. Seems the socialist dirtbags just can't stop inventing new
propoganda to further their evil agenda. CASA stands for Court Appointed
Special Advocate. http://www.californiacasa.org/.

Note that a search of this term has other possible results, ALL Spanish
phrases:
http://www.google.com/search?q=CASA+...e7&rlz=1I7GWYE

Gee, a coincidence, or intentionally designed to appeal to illegals?

These two programs are two separate things. Both are intended to give
judge's independent evaluations.

A GAL is a court appointed attorney who represents children's interests in
custody, guardianship, probate, and other situations.

A CASA is a court appointed, trained volunteer who represents children's
interests in abuse and neglect situations.

I am aware of a case where there are 7 attorneys involved plus one CASA
volunteer each representing a mother, two fathers, the state, the state's
contract agency, grandparents, aunts, and others. These cases can be a
circus and the judges need help in cutting through the various parties
self-interest positions to do what is right for the children.
