THE F CRIME (#4): "NOT SCIENCE'S FINEST HOUR" (WALL STREET JOURNAL)

OPEN LETTER (archived for global access at http://groups.google.com)

Wall Street Journal

To the Editor:

Wall Street Journal reporter Sharon Begley's July 22, 2005 article,
"Fluoridation, Cancer..." discussed Chester Douglass, PhD of Harvard citing
Dr. Elise Bassin's research but concealing her finding that boys drinking
fluoridated water may have a 700% greater risk of osteosarcoma than boys who
do not drink fluoridated water.

Unfortunately, Sharon left out the most important fact: Fluoridation is
illegal. It is a CRIME to medicate without consent - even with GOOD
medicine - that is - even if the cumulative poison fluoride somehow
PREVENTED osteosarcoma it would still be a crime to administer it without
consent.

(The California Supreme Court wrote in THOR 93 C.D.O.S. 5658: "The common
law has long recognized this principle: A physician who performs any medical
procedure without the patient's consent commits a battery irrespective of
the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659])

CDC admits that the cumulative poison acts TOPICALLY - it doesn't even NEED
to be in the water. It may not even prevent cavities. So, even as some boys
may be dying from osteosarcoma, research indicates that fluoridation saves
less than 1 tooth surface in 128 at best. See
www.fluoridealert.org.

If people want the poison for their teeth (again, it acts TOPICALLY) they
can brush with poisoned
toothpaste.(Fluoridated toothpaste is indeed poisoned. Each tube has a
poison warning. See www.aquasafe.us.)

THE SOLUTION

CDC's Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry/ATSDR "works with
states and other federal agencies to prevent exposure to
hazardous substances from waste sites."
http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/DRO/r1.html

SINCE a hazardous substance (hydrofluorosilicic acid w/ arsenic and
lead) from phosphate fertilizer waste sites/scrubbers is being injected into
America's water supply (some municipalities use the "pure" poison sodium
fluoride)....

CDC's ATSDR needs to simply DO ITS JOB and work with state attorney generals
to stop/prevent this 60-year-old ongoing hazardous substance crime - NOW.

I have been copying Oregon attorney general Hardy Myers via
.

See ATSDR/CDC could stop the F crime - tomorrow.

Hopefully, others will start contacting law enforcement.

Thanks for reading.

Sincerely,

Todd

PS I learned of Sharon Begley's Wall Street Journal article when Paul
Connett, PhD (
www.fluoridealert.org) sent a copy to his list and wrote:

"Send it your US Senator and US Representative (or your MP in Australia, New
Zealand, UK or your TD in Ireland) and ask them for a congressional (or
parliamentary) hearing to investigate why the CDC (and other national health
agencies) continues (continue) to support mandatory fluoridation when life
threatening risks are involved."

Paul added: "You might use Dr. John Colquhoun's question. 'How many teeth
would you have to save to justify one child dying of osteosarcoma?'"

The late Dr. Colquuhoun's question is excellent - especially given the above
noted fact that fluoridation is illegal.

I say again: It is a CRIME to medicate without consent - even with GOOD
medicine - that is - even if the cumulative poison fluoride somehow
PREVENTED osteosarcoma it would still be a crime to administer it without
consent.

I hope people reading this email will forward it to their state's attorney
general.
