I feel like a Sucker or I am being Sucked...either way ...thats why I
am posting here !!

This is what the Family Law Attorneys told be at that point in time was
the only way we could get the settlement agreement signed !!

Since there is no proof she is earning, also in the Disclosures form
she did not report income and signed it , on the other hand I am a
salaried person working in the same company and industry for 10 years I
did not have any way of hiding my employment. The lawyer did not have
any other option to suggest ....so we went by the books and
software...My declared income - Her declared income and the Dissomaster
software pretty much split my take home pay after taxes for her to take
nearly half ( child + spousal) !!

I also had to pay HAlf the equity on the house and had to take a loan
for that since California house prices really went up and she asked for
the current value....but that is a different story..
