Sleepy baby

Alena and I are both fighting colds. I'm doing it by being miserable and
hot. She's doing it by sleeping. I'm having to wake her up to eat. She's
had 6 wet diapers so far today, and we'll be up for another 3 hours or so,
meaning she'll make it to 8 before the night's out.
But she's really lazily eating. It's taking her about 45 minutes to finish
one side, and that's with lots of stops and starts.
Any tips on keeping her more awake to feed?
