And anyone who takes drugs are a pharming party is breaking the law. This is not *people getting drugs illegally*, this is teenagers getting drugs out of medicine cabinets right in thier own homes. This is not breaking any law. Actually it is. The use of prescription medication by anyone other than the person to whom it was prescribed and dispensed is illegal. This is not *people getting drugs illegally*, this is teenagers getting drugs out of medicine cabinets right in thier own homes. This is not breaking any law. Incorrect. It is about illegal use of medications. If you are prescribed a medication it is for YOU, and no one else. The law says that if you *give* (i.e. not sell) a prescription medication to a third party *YOU* are guilty of drug trafficking. Correct Also, in many states "using" any drug from a container identified for someone else is illegal. Also, there are strong laws (not enforced) about providing a safe environment for a minor under your care. If the lack of a safe environment leads to injury, the law is most assuredly enforced. Jeff's statement: This describes a serious problem with people getting drugs illegally. No, it does not. This IS showing the American people have fallen for the PROPAGANDA put in front of them each day, and the doctors who write prescriptions TOO FREELY! [snip usual diversions + lies] -- --Rich |

Yes, it is, though that law is seldom enforced. No, it is not. There is no such law written concerning teenagers taking drugs out of medicine cabinets in their own homes. http://www.american.edu/ocl/counseli...resources.html http://www.ldonline.org/ld_indepth/a...edication.html These two sites refer to just such a law. Poor Rich. As a nurse, you best learn to read for comprehension, for the sake of some poor soul. I comprehend that just fine. No, you do not. There is NO law concerning teenagers taking drugs out of the medicine cabinet in their own home. Period. There is no such law written concerning teenagers taking drugs out of medicine cabinets in their own homes. NOT just such a law. Your diversion tactics just won't work. Your quest to agree with another *gang* member is noted. Jeff's statement This describes a serious problem with people getting drugs illegally. The article did no such thing. -- --Rich Rich also proved he does not comprehend just fine in another post. In FACT, he did NOT pick up on the fact that another poster, posted under this name: JanD@gmail God help all those he sees in the ER. |

Back in the seventies, a friend of mine was arrested by the Border Patrol when she was searched coming back from Canada. They were searching for marijuana, and found none, but she had a vial of Tylenol III that was labeled with her father's name. Where had she gotten them? Guess. What law was she arrested for breaking? "john" wrote in message ... "Jeff" wrote in message ink.net... FACT: ADHD drugs are not abused when taken as prescribed. Paint thinner, gasoline and glue are abused. Maybe we shouldn't clean pain brushes, drive cars or hold things together. FACT: Nutrients are better and non-addictive http://www.whale.to/w/nutritional.html Please provide real evidence to back your claim. Jeff "I tell patients that tranquilizers alone never cure anyone. They merely reduce the intensity of the symptoms and make life slightly more endurable. They create a better behaved, chronic dependent person. Only with orthomolecular treatment can the majority of schizophrenic patients hope to become well and normally independent."---Abram Hoffer, M.D. care to say that to the 1.5 million prescription benzo addicts? We don't need 98% of pharma med, especially mind drugs http://www.whale.to/drugs/whitaker.html, but thinner and glue are useful |

"john" wrote in message ... "Jeff" wrote in message ink.net... Gee, a UPI story. Nutritionists are convinced that they can make money selling "treatments" to families of ADHD kids. Gee Jeff, would that be 1% of what you pharma boys make selling ritalin etc I get no money at all from selling Ritalin. Jeff |
