Looking for comments ...

Do you have experience dealing with parenting problems and
dilemmas? If so, I'd welcome your comments on a whitepaper
written by myself and one of my co-workers.

The paper draws on some work done in another domain (business),
but I think it's useful for dealing with family / personal dilemmas as
well.

I would appreciate any feedback. Some people seem to find the
paper interesting, while other people do not.
