where can I find these?

on another thread somebody mentioned that some of the cute girlie
dresses don't come with short underpants to cover the diaper. Turns
out I have about a dozen of these. I got presents for my daughter from
relatives from overseas where it's not common to attach a matching
underpants to the dress they are selling. I looked for something
similar in Walmart but all I got was stockings and my daughter hates
it. There are underpants for toddlers but I couldn't find for infants.
Where can I get just the underpants for an infant?

Target has had them in the past, usually in the same department as the
tights.

I always got the smallest size of ruffly toddler underpants, and put them over
the diaper.

That is what I'd do if I needed them. There are all kinds of undies
out there!
