Hi Our Due date is Feb 6...we had a crib and some bedding and clothes given
to us by a friends daughter so that will help...picking up odds and ends
when we find sales or good deals on nfwanted.how are you doing,well I hope!

We are due on the 30th January, I have got a moses basket which I brought
new and a few bits of bedding. The sheets I have brought new but most of the
blankets were either given to me or I brought from charity shops. I was also
given LOADS of baby cloths and have only brought a few new clothing items
but the baby honestly has a bigger wardrobe than me and I cant see baby
wearing all it has. I brought my steriliser brand new and some bottles came
with the steriliser. I was given a Graco 3 speed baby swing which is a bonus
and I was also given a night and day bottle warmer and cooler. Creams and
nappies ect I have brought brand new but have also dipped in and used some
of the items heheeh. Well its kinda being used on the baby LOL. Changing mat
I brought from a car boot sale for 50p which was a bonus and thats a real
nice winnie the pooh one. Dont think I got anything else as yet. I am buying
the travel system brand new as I would like the ones that come with car
seats and I dont believe in using 2nd hand car seats and I will buy some
more bottled brand new for hygiene reasons. Feel free to email me if you

You'll probably be given a lot of clothing-we mostly got 3-6 months, after
the birth (when people know what gender they're buying for)
Look out for NCT sales, or nearly new sales-they're usually good for that
sort of thing.
Do bear in mind that you'll also get freebees. Emma's diary and bounty do
baby packs, and, for example, I'm still on the nappy cream we got free with
that. (#2 being nearly 2)
For #1 she only wore babygros (except for a photo session) until she was
about 4 months, so don't get too many outfits!
