I seem to have had a miscarriage yesterday, at around six or seven

unpleasant enough. When will it stop? It just doesn't seem fair to have
morning sickness while not even pregnant any more...

I'm so sorry for your loss!! It can take several weeks for your hormone
levels to drop far enough so the morning sickness disappears. I know it is
a painful reminder of what should have been and very unfair. Take your
time to grief. (((hugs)))

Thank you. I felt awful last night, but today I'm resigned. (My doctor
is now suggesting that I might still be pregnant, so I'm not going to go
drink a pitcher of Martinis, but I'm less optimistic than she is.)

I'm so sorry.

Thanks, Amy. I'm now in Limbo -- my doctor isn't 100% sure it's a m/c/
-- I'll find out later this week.

It would be best to go in to your doctor and have an u/s to verify that you
did miscarry, and perhaps do repeat hcg levels to make sure that your hcg
levels are dropping.

That's exactly what my doctor wants to do, later this week. I'm on
hold...

Depending on what you experienced yesterday, you could
still be pregnant. I know several people who experienced enough bleeding at
6-7 weeks to make them SURE that they had lost the baby, only to find out
that they were indeed still pregnant.

Hugs and good luck.

Thanks.

I'm so sorry to hear this :-(
This happened to a friend of mine, and it turned out her miscarriage was a
missed one, and then incomplete. She didn't feel better until she had passed
the remainders of the pregnancy.
I don't want to get your hopes up, but I agree with what the others have
said - passing blood and a clot is not a good sign, but it doesn't
necessarily mean you've miscarried. I would request hCG levels, and then a
repeat hCG 2-3 days later to see what is going on.

Hmmm. My doctor agrees with you. We'll see later this week. Thanks!

Your welcome, just relax please, if your working then phone in sick and just
lay on the sofa until bleeding quietens down (excuse spelling) For weeks I
couldnt even lift a light filled washing basket and felt such an infalid
because anything I needed to do I just couldnt do because it would cause the
bleeding to start again. YOU MUST RELAX AND SPEND YOUR TIME EITHER IN BED OR
ON SOFA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will be and this is understandable when you have lost such a lot of
blood during pregnancy and passed clots, I for one know how F@@@ing scary
that is and I wouldnt be told by anyone apart from the scan that I was still
pregnant. It was impossible to believe you could pass so much blood and pass
clots and still be healthyly pregnant but here I am now nearly 4 months
pregnant with a healthy little fighter. Please dont take this as a sex
digagnostic tool BUT most of my friends who carried girls all had the same
thing and bleed during there pregnancy and all have heavy girls now. One of
my friends even started to open at the neck of the womb and had to have a
stitch and now has a healthy 2 year old baby girl called Courtney and then
friends and myself who have carried boys in the past have not bleed at all
so maybe its a girl thing. My husbands Ex wife also bleed with there 3 girls
but are all now healthy kids, one now 16 years old. Dont panic
YET!!!!!!!!!!!!
