Default Got my CS Payments Reduced

Hi,

Yes, a positive thing here ! It's like being hit only 3 times by Mike
Tyson instead of 4 times each round, but.... we take what we can get.

My good job got sent to India, so I am now making a LOT less than I was. I
filed the forms for a reduction in CS. I had been told by 2 lawyers that I
would get the CS lowered from $413 ro $300 a month.

After I filed, I called the ex and told her. She decided, possibly for fear of
an audit, on just agreeing too $300 a month, without going to court. I had her
sign a letter stating that she agreed to $300 per month.

Finally, my garnishments are being reduced to $300 per month. I only have about
7 months left to pay, but it is a moral victory.

And yes, the people I met in the CS offices were ALL female, and yes, they all
encouraged my ex to NOT agree to the reduction, since "they are never granted
anyway". So, apparently the pro-female bias does exist in these communist
bureaucracies known as Child Support Offices. And maybe the 2 lawyers who
told me to go ahead were full of it. Don't know.

So, now, through working within the "system", I am being screwed less than
before...... well, at least it's something.

This is a very depressing, very evil zone in modern life in America : the
takeover of family decisions and marital decisions, by government. CS is very
very wrong, and communist. Of course they called it "Child Support" to make it
seem as though it were "for the children", although in reality it was, and is,
for the lazy sluts.

Cheers

I could not have stated the truth better. Indeed "for the children" is a
tired worn out slogan spewed by those who support laziness and thievery.
You're absolutely correct; government has no business sticking it's wicked
nose into marriage and family!

Cheers

I am a Father with custody of my 3 children. ages 14,12 and 8. I do know that
raising children without CS is not completly fair to the CP and I firmly
believe that some sort of support should be granted to help with the expense of
raising the children. I estimate that having the children living with me is
costing me

monthly
$200 MORE in groceries
$100 school lunches
$50 in clothing expenses
$30 school outings and activities
$50 in perscriptions and medical
$50 in added utilities

this DOES NOT include the fact that my new wife is staying at home to raise my
children which is the lose of another income.

Just the direct cost of raising these children comes to several hundred dollars
a month!!!

I never asked my ex for any child support as she only earns about 20% of what I
do, but at the same time I feel she should be paying something (I just never
persued it)

It's admirable that you have custody. To me that implies that you stood up to
the "system" and won. But perhaps the ex agreed to give you custody without a
fight.

You are also saving gawd knows how much per month by not having to pay your
low income ex a huge amount per month in bloated femicommunist "child support"
payments. 3 kids at $70,000 is something like $1,300 per month or more !!!

$200 MORE in groceries
$100 school lunches
$50 in clothing expenses
$30 school outings and activities
$50 in perscriptions and medical
$50 in added utilities

add up this and you get : $480 per mo. hmmmmmmm, that's a lot less than the
egregious $1,300 per mo (or more) which the communists think the custodial
(female) parent should get for 3 kids.

Yes, there is the cost of childcare, or the loss of an income from your new
wife.

I also admire the fact that you have not petitioned the communists for money
from their communist "child support" system.

The communisty child support agency simply has no business telling married,
unmarried, or divorced people how much money they "need" to spend on their
kids. Whose kid is it, yours or the communists' ?
