Default Soldier Who Captured Saddam Gets Destroyed By Family Court!

Soldier Who Captured Saddam Gets Destroyed By Family Court!

http://crispe.org/blog/?p=80

Army Spec. Jeans Cruz was the hero of the moment when he helped capture
Saddam Hussein. He was paraded by the mayor of
New York and given the key to the city. Business leaders and local
dignitaries handed him their business cards offering him a job and
opportunities to be in there inner circles, that was back then.

So where are all these people today when he needs it? On the Stacy
Taylor Show at KLSD 1360 AM, Stacy brought to light the plight of Cpl
Cruz’s mental heath due to experiences in Iraq seeing dead children and
multiple stresses compounded with the family court thrown into the mix.
Cruz has a 4 year old son he is trying to do everything to support,
but he can’t take care of himself and heal himself because the family
courts are abusing him. They are legally stealing up to 75% of his
money and his Ex is getting less than quarter of what he is paying to
child support services because she is getting it in welfare benefits.

There is something wrong here when your child gets less than quarter of
the money you are paying in and the state keeps the rest justifying that
they are providing inept health care. Cpl. Cruz is struggling but not
making it even though he has a job that pays decently. He is not able
to support himself or his disabled parents and they are behind in rent
and have little to no food in their tiny one room Brooklyn apartment.
The over whelming stress has caused him to slit his wrists twice. The
VA doctors won’t say it is Iraq related because it has to do with family
court issues and not with his time in Iraq so they won’t give him
disability.

It was funny that the Washington Post did not want to even mention Cpl
Cruz’s problems with the family court system. Perhaps they thought that
the politicians that shied away from him due to family court issues,
that others would not have the same sympathy unless it was against the
war and his PTSD condition.

The main point is that Cpl. Cruz needs time to heal and not be bullied
by child support agencies that are out to squeeze every penny out of him
and put him in a position of despair and hopelessness. These agencies
are doing no good by destroying a man like this who has served his
country and was instrumental in the capture of Saddam Hussein. Many
people would believe that Cpl. Cruz is untouchable for his deeds he did
for our country and one can see that this is not the case.

Family court reform is needed now. How many children need to grow up
without a father? This system is no benefit to children. If you asked
a child, they would want both parents involved in their lives equally.
If you live in the New York area please write your Senators and
Congressmen and educate them that their policies are driving people to
suicide and only hurt children. Cpl Cruz needs to heal and get better
so he can support his son and be a present in his son’s life. The
system is broken and needs to be fixed NOW!

Holy smokes. What is wrong with our country have we all lost our
heads or what. I thought our war heroes were taken cared and this is
shameful what they have done to CPL Cruz in the family courts. This
really steals my hope that America works for the average Joe American.
What can we do to turn the tide? I feel like getting the names of the
judges and going to their houses to tar and feather them, parade them
through the streets and then burn them at the stake. To think Mayor
Bloomberg wants to run for president and won’t help out poor CPL Cruz
and his son, elder parents in need is ricidiculus can you spell S L A V
E R Y. I totally feel ashamed it makes me want to kill these slimey
politician and greedy lawyer maybe if everybody just killed one. We
would have a better world.

This is completely outrageous! We ask our soldiers to risk their
lives in battle to protect our freedom and their families, then when
they come home they find themselves locked out of the families they
fought for. I wonder how much time John McCain spent thinking of his
family (past, present, potential) during his captivity in Vietnam. I
wonder how the Arizona Senator would have felt , and what he would have
done, if he had returned from the P.O.W. camp only to be attacked by a
family court system that refuses to protect their parental rights and
family relationships as vigorously as McCain has fought to protect ours.

I can only imagine McCain’s reaction, if a judge had told him
“Sure, you’re more than a hero, but less than an equal parent. Remember
the photo you carried into battle throughout your tour? Keep it, because
that’s all you’ll see of your kids!” Will McCain use his position to
draw attention to the plight of dedicated soldier parents like CPL Cruz,
or will McCain avoid the “Tar-Baby of immense proportions” that is our
present family court system?

SECURITY AGENCY/CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY WIRETAPPING PROGRAM....

CPS Does not protect children...
It is sickening how many children are subject to abuse, neglect and even
killed at the hands of Child Protective Services.

every parent should read this .pdf from
connecticut dcf watch...

http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com/8x11.pdf

http://www.connecticutdcfwatch.com

Number of Cases per 100,000 children in the US
These numbers come from The National Center on
Child Abuse and Neglect in Washington. (NCCAN)
Recent numbers have increased significantly for CPS

*Perpetrators of Maltreatment*

Physical Abuse CPS 160, Parents 59
Sexual Abuse CPS 112, Parents 13
Neglect CPS 410, Parents 241
Medical Neglect CPS 14 Parents 12
Fatalities CPS 6.4, Parents 1.5

Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that
are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per
100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse
and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the
citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold
parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY
government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and
death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more
human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which
they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that
they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when
children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a
bunch of social workers.

BE SURE TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR CANDIDATES STANDS ON THE ISSUE OF
REFORMING OR ABOLISHING CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ("MAKE YOUR CANDIDATES

ARE "FAMILY UNFRIENDLY" IN THE NEXT ELECTION...
