Default attention in public

Hi everyone,
Whenever I go out with the girls, I get showered with attention -- always
asked the same questions too, but that was covered in an older thread (a few
months ago). I have two questions about this. First of all, does it let up
when the twins get older, or do twins get showered with attention all their
lives? My second question is for those of you with older siblings....how do
you avoid jealousy? Right now Colton loves his baby sisters and does not
seem to be bothered by all the attention they get, but I can imagine
resentment in the future once he is old enough to realize. How do all of
you handle the fact that the twins get all the attention at the expense of
the older siblings? (please note, I mean strangers in public...family
members and close friends know better than to act that way).

We had the same experience when our twins were babies/toddlers. Now,
they're 4 1/2, and they don't get nearly the attention they used to
get.
