Default Introduction - in TTW phase!

Hello - I thought I would introduce myself, as I have been reading this
newsgroup for about a month now. My husband and I recently decided to
start trying to conceive our first child, and this month is the first
time we have tried ... right now I am 3 days past ovulation (as far as I
can tell). How does anybody stand the waiting??? I am so anxious and
excited, I can barely stand it. Is there anybody else out there in the
middle of the dreaded two-week wait?

I wanted to let you know that I have enjoyed reading this newsgroup
every day and learning so much! I hope to be joining your ranks more
fully soon!

It helps me to keep a diary of what I feel, so next cycle I don't
get all upset. Many of the PMS symptoms are so similar to early
pregnancy that I have thought myself pregnant each and every time.
Of course, each cycle you will convince yourself *this* time it
is really different...

snip

I did this too. Just using a little freebie calendar from Hallmark (then,
after I did get pregnant, I kept writing little notes the pregnancy's
progression in the same calendar :-). It was a great way to talk some sense
into myself if I got too obsessive about "symptoms."

As long as it is, I don't think it is as long as the TWW at the end when
you've gone past your due date
Good luck!

Yes, but presumably that only happens a few times in one's life.
The 2ww for a positive/negative HPT or beta continues for years
on end for some women.
