Again, huh? Ah well, if at first...

Welcome. I've been 'single' for nearly 7 years - approaching
professional single person status soon. :-)

I have three children, ages 26, 17, and 15; two girls at either end and
a boy.

'Kate

yes, second time...not looking to do it again anytime soon. I have a 13 yr
old daughter.

What a fun age. NOT.

Actually she's a great kid. If she wasn't, I'd be in an insane asylum after
this second divorce..or even throughout my second marriage!

Scuse me??

Sorry....... I'm one of the rare, very lucky ones - I have a wonderful time
with my 13 year old daughter, so far, no teenage angst.... she actually
LIKES doing things with me

It'll probably change by next week, however, so I'll take what I can get

I think it depended a lot on the day with my two girls. By and large,
they were great. On pms days, with the synchronization thing going on,
it was a different story.

I guess that was easier for me - I got 'fixed' 8 or 9 years ago, and never
had a PMS problem before then anyway - so she's the only one with the PMS,
and I usuallay recognize it, and get her to see that the world isn't a
terrible place, it's just her hormones making her crazy - recognizing and
acknowledging it all seems to help immeasurably.

I don't think I've bothered to say hi yet, so hi!
Welcome, from Alberta, Canada. CME might have beat me to it, but that's
alright!
I'm Kat. Not really a single parent anymore, actually, haven't been for
more than a year now, but I stick around like a couple others.
I have a 4 and a half year old boy who lives with me, and a 5 and a half
year old boy who doesn't. Also expecting a girl in a few days... The 25th
of this month, so yay. Arg, actually.
Welcome and enjoy lol
