Oh trust me Banty, I'm already very familiar with RSW. I just want to see
him try to reason this one out. Because if he's right, all my teeth should

My dad was raised in the mountains of Colorado and he never had a
cavity - indeed never went to the dentist at all until he had his
impacted wisdom teeth out. The area where he lived had very high
natural fluoride in the water.
