Default Keeping Your Attorney In Line

Hey People,
There is a certain individual that I thought I would introduce to you, helps
keep your attorney in line and 'assists' the more cooperative ones.

Appologies to those without money, yes.. this person costs. However, my
recommendation is to get the attorney to represent you, and get this guy to
'guide' the way to handle the case. He's really helped me out.

You can find Dean Tong's website at http://www.abuse-excuse.com He
specializes in cases where the mother makes false allegations of abuse or
fear, but he'll help in almost any custody issue case.

He creates what he deems as a "Dream Team" to make you look really good in
court. He provides good ideas and consultation about discrediting and
throwing out any specialist reports that are being used against you.

For those with a little money and want an actual chance in court, and want
to make sure their attorney does their job right, I suggest contacting him.

Make sure your attorney does his job, he has tricks and ideas that the
attorney just either doesn't know about or just doesn't mention. (Having
seen attorneys now, I vote for the 'just doesn't know')

Tong's name comes up a lot, but I can't figure out if he's friend or
foe. The bulk of what I've read about him seems positive, but I believe
he worked on the Bridget Marks case and defended Marks' blatant parental
alienation campaign.

http://www.glennsacks.com/enewsletters/enews_4_7_05.htm

Marks brainwashed her 5-year old twins into thinking their father had
sexually molested them in order to win custody, and Tong worked for her
on the case. I know lawyers and consultants do the bidding of the
person who hired them, but I found it shocking that a guy with Tong's
reputation would provide services to a clearly abusive parent (no
evidence of abuse was ever found and the courts found that Marks coached
the girls to lie).

Then again, Marks eventually got custody, so maybe this guy is good at
what he does.

On a side note. You might want to consider Pre-Paid Legal. They give you a
25% discount on your attorney, he's quite qualified, and you would have
someone else to complain to if something goes wrong.

Do a search on the internet for Pre-Paid Legal to find an agent.

This is a damn shame! How can they give custody back to a mother that
is the poster child for PAS? It's sickening that she would put her
daughters through an exam that is not much different than the
molestation they are looking for.
