Any involvement by a man in a woman's pregnancy is at that woman's complete discretion. After the birth takes place, the situation changes quite a bit. This is the problem with this debate. The abortion activists will not even research WHAT the human conceptus is. Saying there is no offspring until birth is dishonest, at best. An embryo is DEFINED as offspring in an early stage of development. Or it is often defined as YOUNG. The only questions worth debating are what age/stage of development do we value a humans life? Do we value a humans life for simply being human, and not for what characteristics or abilities they have. An embryonic human is a very young human. This is a FACT...learn about this and then try and debate the issue. When you can pull your head out and admit that unless it's your fetus, it's none of your business - and properly the business of the woman who's pregnant What if I'm the father? Then, you'd better actually discuss it with her...and she's under no legal obligation to you to choose to bear the child, if she doesn't want to. Yet he's under a legal obligation to pay her money for her choice if she DOES choose to bear it.
