Does anyone know how to do these scoobie bracelets that the kids are into
these days? I know how to do macramé, so I know how to do some of the
stitches. But I've been looking at this site
www.scoubieguide.co.uk/index.html and I'm just getting confused at these
stitches. Anyone know of any other good sites?

I couldn't get to that site, but aren't they
like friendship bracelets? You might have some more
luck googling that for instructions. Also, Klutz has
a book with good instructions.

Best wishes,

You could try http://www.boondoggleman.com/

I can't remember which site I used, but it was def. one on the web,
having failed to understand the book we had.
Funnily enough my 7yo son just learnt how to do it today, having not
had the dexterity last year.

They make lovely key chains.

Thanks. Still just as hard to understand, but I finally figured out one
stitch, but the strange thing is, I tried to do a square stitch, but it
turned out to be a circle stitch, but I can't figure out what I did wrong.
Oh well at least I know how to do the circle stitch now.

I think we used to call those "gimp" bracelets.
