You are in an awful situation (do they not sell condoms in TN?), but
marrying her if you wouldn't marry her without her being pregnant may

I cannot disagree with anything Beverly had articulated in her post, because
she is correct on every point. My only suggestion to you is work with your
girlfriend on finding the right balance in terms of support & parenting
time. Put it in writing and ask her to do the same. You have some time to
work through this. Chances are right now she has taken your decision to not
marry as rejection. It is difficult for a man & woman who are not married
to continue as boyfriend-girlfriend after the woman becomes pregnant. The
odds are against you. Therefore remaining calm and being fair are the only
two key elements in helping your personal situation. Also, once you finish
putting in writing what you want and have received her copy - go to an
attorney and get legal advice.
