Default visitation denial is criminal

In January 1994 denial of Court Ordered visitation was deemed a criminal
offense. See: 720 ILCS 5/10-5.5(b).
Every person who, in violation of the visitation provisions of a court order
relating to child custody, detains or conceals a child with the intent to
deprive another person of his or her rights to visitation shall be guilty of
unlawful visitation interference. 720 ILCS 5/10-5.5(b). full brief is at

Keyword: "rights". All the mother has to do is proclaim that the father is a
danger to her child and BAMB, he has no "right" to the child..........
period! But you already knew this.

Fathers are starting to make some progress on these issues for both spousal
and child abuse accusations.

A Circuit Court judge in my state just ruled this month when there is a
legal conflict between a defendant's right to discovery and an abuse
accuser's right to privacy, the defendant should get full discloser of all
statements made by the accuser to allow for a thorough defense.

The women's abuse advocates are going nuts because they now are required to
respond to subpoenas for their complete files and disregard any commitments
they have made to accusers about privacy in their conversations.

Some abuse programs have shut down because they don't want to be put in the
position of disclosing accuser statements. Kind of makes me wonder if they
were hiding behind privacy laws as a method to advance false abuse claims.

Accusing someone of abuse is like saying they are mentally ill!
Making false statements should carry jail time, just as perjury does.

No accountability is reckless and a disservice to the child!
