solve the problem. "Blaming the illegals" doesn't do anything except

that brought about such a large number of illegals. But that isn't
blaming "America".

Agreed, but IQ statistics settle people into groups. Assuming unbias
or no intentional manipulation, it might emerge that the bright ones
are here or there or this or that. Colour, locale, etc. are secondary
considerations scatter by measurement.. Let the chips fall where they
may, there are societies and cultures you would prefer NOT to have
been born into. Counter-factuals are problematic in the what-if sense,
not at all in terms of prefereces for example, life styles. I don't
intend to give any hostages to fortune, though I suspect the majority
would have bright white parents with lots of money in the bank and a
little Mustang convertible to nip down the road and get a few tubs of
ice-cream before the Big Movie!

But many other less obvious alleles make one subject to countless
other shared disorders that you're ignoring completely because they
don't involve skin tone or nose shape. Those that MERELY affect the
APPEARANCE of skin and face are what you call "race" and are wholly
insufficient to describe the totality of genetic blessings or deficits.
