My mom's 84, and she published her autobiography last year. It is written in
sentences, paragraphs, and chapters, with proper grammar and spelling, and
such fancy usage as dependent clauses, allegory, and metaphor. Jan is
incapable of putting three complete sentences together in an organized
paragraph. Jan claims to have a high-school diploma. Because she actually
paid attention in high-school, Mom has a high-school education.
