Fitness for Preschoolers/Kindergartners and Mom
Has anyone tried Exercards yet? Mom/caregiver can work out too while
your preschooler/kindergartner also learns the benefits of living healthfully. It's especially fun for the kids because they use "school stuff" instead of just counting to ten each time. My kids absolutely LOVE it. See some reviews at AlphaMoms.com or go to Exercards.com |
