Default CS Calculator

though i'd post this web page i found recently.
it's located in on the Oregon Department of Childrens Services server.

http://www.dcs.state.or.us/calculator/effective/

note: the calculator is slanted towards a custodial, non-custodial
(un-balanced) agreement while on it's face it appears to be 'balanced'
to handle true joint custody agreements. the calculator insists
(assumes) the children stay with parent A at least 51% of the time,
and that parent B cannot claim more than 49% of parenting time with
their children... =20

assuming the minimum allowable gross income entry of $1200.00 for each
parent, all other factors being equal including 50% parenting time
entered in both parents data, the calculator produces a $220,00
support amount parent B (the father) owes parent A (the mother).

otherwise, it gives a fair to good idea of what state calculated CS
amounts would be.

if it hasn't been posted here before, here it's link,=20
if it has, here it is again

Default CS Calculator

So it's basically declaring the title "custodial parent" as worth 1/6 of the
other parent's income? Even with equal parenting time AND equal income? What
utter BS!!!
