I bet I'm the most pregnant person here. So there! Due yesterday! No
signs of labor! Who can beat that?

(Twins get bonus points, so maybe I'm tied for first place.)

If it makes you feel better, I was in your position 8 months ago
yesterday!
Only, I was 9 days overdue based on my dates and 5 days overdue based on
the
ultrasound...
Wait... That can't possibly make you feel better!

No, not really... sigh...

Don't worry! Would it make you feel better to know that now, no matter
what, she (it is a girl you're having, right? Or am I losing my marbles?)
has to come out sooner than later, AND you probably have closer to under 9
days than under 9 months

LOL. I think you still win :-) I went over due with Luke. No fun at
all.
Hope you have that babe soon...like in the next few hours :-D.

No sign of progress, but hey, if I could have the kid before my first
(born at almost 42 weeks) gets home from preschool today, that would be
convenient...

What time is that? It might not be convenient if it's lunch time, if you
are the only one home at that time, but it could be convenient if it's
supper time and you're busy with a baby and someone else can make supper!
I know how frustrating it can be With DSs, I wasn't at all impatient. I
wasn't feeling anxious come EDD, nor after. DS1 was 2 days late, DS2 was I
believe, less than a week late, not quite sure, and DD was 6d/10d late, and
only with her did I want her there not late. Day before, day of and day
after first EDD, I was walking around the fair grounds ALL night with DH.
Nothing. I even went so far as to help friends of ours move ON the second
due date with no luck... She was still born 4 days after that!

I don't know if it's a boy or a girl, but everyone seems to think it's a
girl.

Oooh! Congratulations! I've threatened mine with eviction, but it isn't
listening. Pffft. Fetuses. No respect for their elders.

I know this is no help whatsoever, but my mom went 10 days postdates
three times.

Personally I'm incredibly jealous of you. :-) I don't expect I'll ever
be *that* pregnant.

Oh, hm... Thought I read somewhere that it was a girl! Could be either way
then. Surprises are always so much fun lol

I'm such a jerk, actually. Truth is, you actually have about another 9
months left to go!
