Default "New Yorker's Diary" - interesting

bizarre, funny thing is the 2 things I particularly noticed about her not
wanted to breastfeed were not getting engorged and not leaking, erm, isn't
that what happens if you don't breastfeed?

Oh well, there are always going to be some cynics out there

I guess once you get over the first couple of weeks of letting your
milk dry up. I sure don't look forward to the waking up at 3 in the AM
with engorged painful breasts and a peacefully sleeping baby who has no
intention of waking up to nurse. (For some reason I don't like the idea
of pumping and storing. It's not the pumping, I'm pretty good at doing
it by hand, but my babies never really liked breastmilk in bottles. OK
with formula, not ok with breastmilk. But that was probably just me...)
And the letting down at random times soaking through breast pads and
all. (Even though I got sensitive enough to actually know 30 seconds
before I was going to let down, and would just shove a small towel in
there to soak it up.) There sure are pros and cons to nursing, but she
seems a little rabid about it.
