Well, we've made it to 6 months. (Either on Saturday or
Sunday or Monday, depending on how you count, but no matter
what method you choose, we're definitively to 6 months now.)
Wow.

Getting to 6 weeks was really, really hard for us. Getting
to 6 months was so easy it's as if I just woke up one day
and we were there. All of a sudden my little floppy sleepy
newborn is a big girl, who can sit all by herself, and get
onto her hands and knees by herself, and go from sitting on
the floor to hanging from my shirt collar while banging her
head into my chin.

Awww how cute

Its funny - I was just thinking the other day that 16 mo is so much easier
than 1 year which is so much easier than1 month Just as I think DD is as
cute as she possibly could get, she gets that bit older and becomes more and
more gorgeous every day.

Enjoy your daughter

She's still 100% mommy-made. The 7th is both Grandpa's and
Ah-mah's birthday, and a Sunday (easy to get everyone
together) so we'll probably start that evening. I need to
start a banana ripening, since I eat mine green-tinged.

Ah, a good old fashioned banana ripening. They're easy to start...you
just need the right music and a few people willing to make the first
move onto the dance floor.

Dawn, moving beyond simple sleep deprivation, onwards to lunacy ;-) (but
finished the school term next week....and top of the class (brag brag))

Hey, enjoy it while you can, I'm off to bed, perchance to
sleep...SprogMolars willing. Hopefully by tomorrow I will be my usual
sullen well rested self (har!), and can take off this Carmen Miranda hat
and let Pheobe deal with her own bananas.

thanks Amanda, refocusing my plans wrt next term, but basking briefly in
the glow. Not exactly my best work, either, so I've been very
encouraged, though if I hear JK Rowling's name thrown at me one more
time I'm likely to cast a few spells of my own.... ;-)

neeeeeeed sleeeeeep

You won't believe how easy it gets when they are six years old! And then
again - big kids - big problems. At least he can dress himself - mostly - if
he's not too tired.

Nothing at all to do with BF, I guess.....
