Then let's do what is necessary to make all schools as non-racial
(racially balanced) as possible, and teach kids that race is an idea
whose time has passed. There would be no "non-White schools" if
"whites" did not engage in "white flight".

Racial integration has proven costly for everyone, but it has proven most
costly to White students in mostly non-White schools. As a teacher, I have
witnessed the psychological and physical abuse of Whites first-hand in my
classroom and campus. I have witnessed it in in the New York City School
system and the local school system here in California. The symptoms of this
abuse are not always easily recognizable, but having worked as a teacher at
a variety of campuses with various racial make-ups, ranging from entirely
non-White to majority White, I have become a pretty good observer.

One of the initial things I noticed at my new school -- which is 85%
"Hispanic" and 7% White -- is the frequent social maladjustment of the
White students.
