Where does the report say she died of myocarditis and ventricular
tachicardia? The report also says "Autopsy," but she did not die of
that. Clearly, the report said she had V Tach and myocarditis, but that
doesn't mean those were the causes of death nor does it mean the vaccine
had anything to do with her death.

Did the child have a history of heart disease? Yes.

Can you please provide the report that shows that the child's death and
the vaccination was anything other than a coincidence?
