Times when he indicated he (or CDC) knows that fluoride ions are "safe and
non-toxic" to humans. Our own National Academy of Sciences indicates that
low dose fluoride ion chemotherapy ("fluoridation") can cause "crippling

REGARDING PICK TALLEY AND JOHN HEILMAN, MD - THE TWO PINELLAS COUNTY PUBLIC
OFFICIALS I REPORTED...

My understanding is that fluoride toxicity experts Dr. Paul Connett and Dr.
William Hirzy publicly demolished Talley and Heilman's pro-fluoridation
public statements in The Great Fluoride Debate - which wasn't actually a
debate because Talley and Heilman did not appear.

If The Great Fluoride Debate was videotaped, please deliver a copy of that
video to Pinellas County Sheriff Everett Rice.

I would like Sheriff Rice to view it before responding to my suspected child
abuse report.

As I indicated in my report, I do not want anyone punished - I just want the

PS2 I am still hopeful that the members of the Pinellas County Chiropractic
Society whose emails I listed in my report will themselves report if they
suspect child abuse. Maybe they have already and just didn't say anything
to me? Orange County Calif. DCs are also being cc'd - among others. The
involuntary mass chemotherapy alone should send shivers up the spines of all
chiropractic physicians REGARDLESS whether they agree with me that it is
also mass child abuse.

PS3 Actually, even medically indicated treatment - if administered without
first obtaining informed consent - is a battery - and battery committed
against a child is child abuse.

The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993 case
of Daniel Thor v. The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"[O]ver two decades ago, Justice Mosk reiterated...'[A] person of adult
years and in sound mind has the right, in the exercise of control over his
body, to determine whether or not to submit to lawful medical treatment.'
(Cobbs v. Grant (1972 8 Cal.3d 229, 242.)" [Thor at 5658]"

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

"As a corollary, the law...has evolved the doctrine of informed consent":

must have the capacity to reason and make judgments, the decision must be

As I noted in my complaint to Sheriff Rice, I am in favor of pardons in
advance for MDs and others (eg., Talley and Heilman) who are promoting the
mass child abuse.

Sheriff Rice still hasn't gotten back to me. I'll cc him again via various

I am in favor of pardons in advance of MDs and others because MDs are just

I searched "Duchon" at www.cdc.gov and found one entry - for a *JC* Duchon -
a reference in a PDF document.

When I searched at www.cdc.gov for "national fluoridation engineer," I found
a 2001 article mentioning "David M. Apanian, PE, CDC's national fluoridation
engineer" - with the following disturbing quote:
