There is still hope. It was at 6-7 months when my hips finally shrunk back
down to normal (and quit aching all night) after pg #1 and I was able to get

then lost another 10 lbs by 12mos.


Ah, Nikki, thanks for that! I went to see my GP yesterday on the
grounds that my pelvic ligaments still ache like heck when I walk the
mile into town and turning over in bed still hurts, 5mo after YB's
birth. That concerns me more than the wider hip shape, so hearing from
other mums that they had the aches at 5mo is really good to know!
