post pregnancy considering coil (IUD) - any experiences?

My baby is 11 weeks old now and I'd like to wait a few years before I
have another, so I thought I'd get a coil, and UID not a Mirena

Has anyone had one? Are they OK? Do they affect your ability to
conceive again?

I'm using the Mirena and it makes my periods SOOOOOOO much more manageable.
Very light flow (although it lasts a little longer, it's so light that
mostly I don't notice it) and no cramps. I notice I have the IUD in about
once every couple weeks.
