Default Normal? Sorry TMI

Is it normal for pregnant women to 'leak' on a regular basis? I don't
think I've ever gone an entire day with a dry pair of panties!

For this reason, I wear my thong pantiliners daily!!! I even carry extras.
I read it was normal, but to be safe, I would discuss it with your OB.

I guess that would be a good idea, rather than changing panties all day
long LOL

Yes, but your reaction should depend on *what* you're leaking. Could just
be cervical/vaginal fluid - it's normal to have lots in pregnancy. If so,
just using pantyliners is all you need to do. If it's urine, though, be
sure to start doing pelvic floor exercises religiously now; they really do
work, if you do them often enough. (And learning to relax those muscles
voluntarily is good for labour too.)

This in combination with the yucky odor (somebody started a thread on
this few days ago) prompted me to buy a 300 pack of pantiliners from
Sam's for my last pregnancy. I picked another pack to cover me this
time. Yes, it's an annoying problem.

Totally normal. Invest in pantiliners. LOL.
