about 15-20 minutes.

Not sure on the miles, but by car it's about 35-40 minutes for me.
Makes me a little nervous as my second was born about 30 minutes after
arriving at the hospital. Hope this one isn't faster or I may have it
in the car!

All three times I've gone precisely 0.0 miles--the
midwives came to me ;-) Very convenient.

Approximately 90 km or 45-50 minutes but it could take longer if the
snow plows haven't cleared the mountain pass sufficiently.

A block and a half...I am planning to try to labor at home as long as
possible and this is a big reason why I feel safe about it.

c-section so no rush but I have to go all of 5.9 miles

In theory, nowhere, as I was booked for a home birth.
In practice I had to transfer as YoungBloke wouldn't go "round the
bend". It apparently took about half an hour in a blue light ambulance
but I have no idea how many miles it was! I only know it took about
half an hour because Bloke told me - I was sucking down that gas and
air the whole way.
