20 week checkup

Well, it was a pretty uneventful appointment, but I thought I post an update
anyway. I finally got to see my normal OB. She had been on maternity leave
until the first of the year, so I had been seeing other doctor's in the
group until she came back. My blood pressure was 90/60 (normal for me) and
I'm sure I'd gained weight, but I didn't see how much it was and forgot to
ask! I guess it wasn't too much, since the doctor didn't mention it. She
measured my belly and listened for the heartbeat which was 155 (still a girl
if you believe the old wives tale!) That was about it, but at this point,
no news is good news! My ultrasound is scheduled for Monday, so we'll get
to see all the arms and legs (but not anything else, we don't want to know
the sex!) Hope all the other June babies have great appointments too!

Oh good luck Monday, it will be nice to see your little baby minus that
bit....Mine is Tuesday, I can't wait...although I hope to see what bits mine
has or hasn't got. My ones HR is 142-144 so we will see how that pans out
with the wives tale..he he
