Would it help to buy stuff that's already chopped? I just saw some in
the grocery store today. You can buy fresh, chopped onions, celery, and
carrots. You can also get cauliflower and broccoli that are already
separated. I don't know if grocery stores near you offer this kind of
stuff, though, but it might be worth trying to find.

Yeah - it's my fault though - being a little "anti" pre-prepared foods
( even when they are fresh and bagged as you describe ). But now my
husband is doing the shopping ( without all my preconceived ideas about
things ), I am sometimes finding him buying things I would normally
shun, and not finding them bad at all

I hate fruit in pure form !
I like mine chopped up, fruit salad sized !
( I think it's sticky juice that annoys me

I think bananas are the only fruit I eat 'pure' ?

It takes me no less than 1 hour and 15 mins to get a shower and dressed. If
I wear my hair in a ponytail, I can cut out about 15 mins.

I have a feeling this routine will change drastically in a couple of weeks.
ARGH!! The shower alone takes about 15 minutes on a good day.

Life is good I didn't get out of bed when the oldest one wanted
breakfast this morning, so he got breakfast (cold cereal and milk) for
himself, his brother and his sister. There was no mess for me to
clean up either. He's all of 5 years and 3 days, what a grown-up boy
he felt like!
